steve Feb 24, 2015 @ 9:12pm. I believe the level cap for normal mode is something around 28-30. Start out TVHM to level up a bunch, then go back to the Holodome and kick it's ass. Once you've gotten to TVHM, start farming Redbelly. Each section of the boss gives a good amount of XP.
